Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Peters Pottery Shop! We offer a 30-day return policy for items returned in their original condition. To start a return, please contact us at PetersPotteryShop@gmail.com with your receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we'll send you further instructions. Please note that unless you are making the return due to a damaged item, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Also, if the returned items are damaged during shipping, the return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns on custom order pottery, sale items, and gift certificates.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days . Please remember it can take some time for you bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
